Calls are counted for your dashboard and GET /v1/me, never billed. The rate limits protect the shared servers your messages leave through, not a bill.

Transcription minutes included

Voice note transcripts use your plan's minutes. Past them, transcripts answer transcription_limit_reached until your next month starts, and everything else keeps working.

Switch any time

Upgrades apply at once, prorated; downgrades at the end of your billing month, and delete nothing: you just can't add webhooks past the new plan's limit. You switch in the dashboard.

Questions

Which plan do I need?: Personal fits one person's agents: 15 requests a second is plenty to read, catch up and reply. Pro is for agents that run all day, or that need more webhooks, live streams, transcription or event history.
Are there rate limits?: Yes: 15 requests a second and 900 a minute on Personal, 30 and 1,800 on Pro, per key and for all your keys together. Sends have their own limits per network account, the same on both plans. They're all in the docs.
Is the API part of Chesly Plus?: No. It's its own plan, priced the same whether you use Chesly Free or Plus.
Do I pay per connected account?: No. Both plans cover every account you've connected in the app. They don't change how many you can connect: 5 on Chesly Free, 10 on Plus.
Which currency?: US dollars. Tax is added where it applies.
How do I pay?: By card, on the web. The Chesly apps don't sell the API.
